Dr. M. Rasenick, University of Illinois College of Medicine, addresses the importance of neuroscientists communicating with policymakers about advances in neuroscience and the impact on public policy and its benefits to society. Then, two students from SfN chapters will discuss their first-hand experience of traveling to Washington, DC, to meet with their Senators. Following the presentations will be breakout groups.
